ITINERARY
- We will meet you at your chosen meeting point in Cozumel (see possible meeting points at important details).
- Start your check in, here you’ll pay the remaining balance.
- You will be introduced to your experienced guide and listen to an informative safety orientation. Drivers receive short instructions on the driving of motorcycles.
- We’ll drive all the way south by the seashore. Opportunities for photos and bathroom stops all the way along the journey.
- Venture to the wild east of the island, visiting untamed “Almost” undiscovered beaches like San Martin. When conditions are right, this is one of the top three beaches. Stop at beach bar huts along the way. There will be enough time for you to hike the cliffs overlooking the Caribbean Sea where you can take as many pictures as you like.
- From there we go to the north side, to explore the Otoch Mayan Cultural Historic Experience. Lunch will be served here for your dining experience of traditional Mexican Cuisine.
- After the snack, be entertained by witnessing interesting Mayan rituals and culture, as well as traditional fire dancing and tortilla making.
- Become a tequila connoisseur, sampling the finest tequila Mexico has to offer. Chocolate and honey tasting is a delicious experience. There will be time to shop for souvenirs on the way out of the park.
- Now the final leg of the tour is traveling our way back to your meeting point. Once at the meeting point this concludes your trike tour.

Meeting Time: Usually 9:00 AM or 2:00 PM. But if your boat docks later, We’ll send a new email with specific information

- PUERTA MAYA PIER: Seven Eleven Store Main Gate Across the street next to Pemex gas station.
- SSA INTERNATIONAL PIER: Hard Rock Café main gate across the street,
- PUNTA LANGOSTA PIER: Outside the pier, downstairs at the lighthouse in front of Starbucks coffee, on the street
- Explanada de la Bandera for passengers coming from the Ferry Pier, downtown, and mainland (large flagpole next door to the Winjet and Ultramar passenger ferry terminal).
Minimum # of passengers: Our tours require a minimum of 2 passengers. If you’d like to ride alone on a trike, you can do so by booking and paying for 2 people.

WAITING TIME
To organize our tours efficiently, we group all clients together. The waiting time after the scheduled departure is 10 minutes only. After this period, the tour will begin out of respect for those who arrived on time, and the deposit made for the reservation will not be refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- FREE cancellation and full refund must be notified within a minimum of 48 hours prior to your tour time; if it is made within less than 48 hours in advance, booking fees cannot be refunded.
- If you do not show up at the scheduled meeting time, there will be neither rescheduling nor refunding.
- There is a zero-tolerance policy for drivers under the influence of any substance or causing reckless driving that can put any of the guests at risk.
- Trikes Cozumel, or its tour guides, reserve full right to stop the tour/excursion for the guest at any stage of the tour in case of reckless driving with no previous notice or any monetary compensation for not completing the tour/excursion. Furthermore, the guest is fully responsible for any damage caused to the Trike due to reckless driving or inappropriate negligence on his/her behalf
- Trikes Cozumel reserves the right to deny the service to any guest that shows any sign of having consumed alcohol prior the tour departure.
- If, due to weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances, TRIKES COZUMEL is forced to cancel the tour, a full refund will be issued.
